What matters most to you? When I think of true happiness my thoughts turn to being well....in every way! Wellness means taking some time for your self to de-stress, raise your self-perception and enhance your talents. The food that you eat, the people that you socialize with and what you read contributes to the goal of wellness. Speaking of being well...this is just a reminder that I am a featured author at a Spring Wellness Self-Improvement Day! This will be a fun event complete with raffles, food, mini-workshops and more! This is great for the whole family and requires no admission fee! The event is from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday March 21st and it takes place at the Health For Life Chiropractic Office in Northville, MI. I hope to see you there...make your wellness a priority!
